Downloading Photoshop for free = just like buying Photoshop, but without paying.
Or you could just use GIMP.

i understand you asked for loose yet I had a undesirable adventure with between the loose websites so I advise you check out telephone Sherpa. I even have used it plenty for Mac so i will advise it.
