I appear to have an awkward twitch down south...?

This one spot on my left butt cheek keeps twitching. I know there's nothing seriously wrong with me, but I need to know how to make it STOP! It can happen anywhere from every second to once a minute. It's VERY annoying.

    lol sorry thats kind of funny, a muscle in my right arm does that as well. the only thing i can think of is maybe there is a lot of stress on that muscle, you might want to ask your physician.
