    Go to: http://www.supremecourt.gov/

Click on any red square on the calendar.

Those are the cases scheduled for oral argument, at this point in the calendar very few from 2011 have been decided. The links lead to the docket. (If a decision has been made, it's the last thing on the docket.) Then google the case name for all the papers. The actual transcripts are http://www.supremecourt.gov/oral_arguments/argumen...

the city of latest Haven acted ridiculously. They employed the corporation to position in writing the try, they were pleased with the try, they administered the try...and then at the same time as it produced outcomes except those wanted, hastily they don't like the try anymore. If available coach really bias in a try, I agree it will be scrapped. although the idea that any "adverse effect" on an ethnic crew renders it biased is ridiculous. Has everybody afflicted to think about that in any crew, there are smarter human beings and there are dumber human beings? i'm no longer for an instantaneous claiming African-individuals are as a set finally no longer as wise as others, yet as I said, between any crew of 20 human beings, someone has to end first and someone has to end twentieth. perchance the priority would not lie with the try yet with the certain African-those who did not score quite adequate for advertising.
