Help with Powerpoint please?

Can anyone explain to me how to "fix" a Powerpoint presentation (the way we can "fix" a Word document by sending it in pdf form that no one can tamper with?)

I would like to put a Powerpoint presentation onto YouTube with the music that goes with it (I've managed to set the music from a file onto my Powerpoint file, thanks to Yahoo Answers).

My previous attempts at sending the file simply to friends via email have already aborted, with no sound coming through, and with the options, and the column of slides still there on the left side. I need to send it without the menu etc.

but their downloading page is very confusing, and after expanding on the ease in which you can convert a powerpoint file to PDF, they proceed in selling you something quite different that only seems to convert texts to pdf. I've got into a reel of correspondance to get my money back. Very confusing indeed.

Update 2:

Finally, after two desperate hours struggling with files and tools, I discovered that I can simply save the powerpoint presentation under "diaporama"! ! !

I should have tried this before, but my PC had always sent out warnings about destroying the present configuration and so on, so I had never insisted on doing it. In the end, I did that fatal click, and the result was perfect.

    First, you mentioned you want to convert your powerpoint to PDF file. You could try this free software, http://www.dvd-ppt-slideshow.com/ppt-pdf-converter... , it can perfectly convert WORD, EXCEL and PowerPoint to PDF.

    And, upload your PPT to YouTube.

    Youtube only accepts video formats like avi,mp4,wmv and flv, etc. So if you want to upload your powerpoint presentation to youtube, you should convert your powerpoint presentation to video format first. Because you want to remain the musics.
