red rash on skin need advice?

In the last week or so i have noticed a blotchy red rash on my wrists and elbows. When i was 13 i had eczema but it cleared up.. Since then (which is over 10 years now) my skin has been nice and clear, no spots or breakouts of any kind even on my face - This is why i am concerned. But lately i have noticed along with the rash, that my face has started to breakout in spots and redness.. Even the texture is different when applying make-up.

I was wondering if it would be linked to my diet.. I have recently altered my diet.. removing all chocolate from my diet and anything unhealthy. Would this have any affect?

I drink on average 2-3 cups of coffee per day.. perhaps this is a factor?

I have started taking multi vitamins and i wonder if it is possible to be allergic to vitamins?

Any thoughts on this is greatly appreciated!!!

All of the things that you listed above could have an affect on your skin. Changes to your routine, diet, and exercise can all affect what happens to your skin, and everyone's skin reacts differently. Drink more water. Also, things like a new skin care product, new makeup, (including lipsticks or eyeliners) and a change in the amount of sleep you get can make your skin react strangely. If it doesn't go away within a week or two, have a dermatologist look at it and they can help :)

I bear from Winter Eczema. Most years it get quite bad on my arms and legs with itchy scaly, bleeding patches. I tried out every lotion on the market. Nothing helped.

Luckily my acquaintance point me to this site on how to beat eczema, and after trying it out, all i can say is wow! I ne'er had the same trouble again. If you wish to check out the web site, you can visit it here:
