What you think about Russel's "Pull out" Delivery?

Commentators were cursing at him reminding the so called spirit of the game. How ever in my point of view,it was clever by Russel to do something new. After all it's batsman's game and they owned the game by playing switch hits and so on.For example, nowadays batman pretend to be going backward by stepping a step back and try to fool the bowler. So why not bowler do something like that?I think Russel gave something to pacer to be happy about. If bowlers like Tait,Gul and Malinga try to use it,they might be handful.

Spinners also have this kind of chance while bowling to have a little bit of pause before releasing the ball.So why not pacers? What's your idea abt this?is that a harm to "Spirit of the game" or what?

Update:

And i was LMAO about which might be the world's smallest flash interview.

You are right but the game is loaded in favor of batsmen where a Pieterson can jump around to play the shot then why d bowler isn't allowed to fool d batsmen in his run up had he over-stepped then it should ve been a no ball, had he bowled wide then another delivery & extra run for batting side if he manages to fool a batsman then he should be credited with a wicket his right so if a switch stroke is okay by umpire so should this stop-start run up be !!

    No

It was NOT within the spirit of the game in my opinion

Cz it was nothing like a slow delivery or any other variation that the bowler uses his skills & this is just fooling the batsman by giving an impression that he is going to pull out..,

But I don`t mind if a bowler give the batsman an impression that he is going to bowl left arm & then bowl right arm if he can(But this cannot be done as bowler have to tell the umpire what he is going to bowl )

its just soft ball stuff we used to do when we were 6,7yrs old ~

The commentators were absolutely right this is against the rules and it shows that he has no spirit of the game

If you talk about the spirit of the game, there is this kind of violation every now and then in cricket. So, according to me, it was right.
