I've been snacking on Quaker chocolate chip granola bars. Only 90 calories and a few grams of fat.

Almonds, grapes, an apple perhaps. Yogurt is good too. The almonds are not only good but provide you with some protien and good healthy fats. I will bring along a granola bar between meals and that helps me.

If you're trying to lose weight, eat frequently but make sure you eat a lot of veggies. NO DRESSINGS. Try to eat soy sauce instead of dressings. I actually lost 7 lbs in a week by just eating a lot of veggies.

Gentlegod, I get my nut cracker and raid the mixed nuts, or I grab a carrot from the fridge. When I have them, I grab for a real crisp red delicious apple.
