Need some advice on my neice?

My 8 year old niece is staying with me for the weekend (she arrived earlier today). I have a three storey home, and the problem is she's sprained her ankle earlier this week (shes on crutches), so her walking upstairs to the spare bedroom is going to be a challenge. What will be the easiest way to carry her up the stairs at night, and down the stairs in the morning? Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Do you have a spare bed downstairs she could sleep in or a comfortable couch she might like? If not, pick her like your hugging her. Have her wind her legs around your waist and go up the stairs slowly.

Hope this helps and I hope your niece's ankle feels better soon.

Well just have her stay on the couch or something because you shouldn't have to carry her up and down the stairs. I'm sure she is old enough to figure out what she should do. lol.

    Don't worry about it.

On her bum very slowly not to hurt her foot, just one step at a time
