It has been reported that like 5 components for the new Ipad come from Japan, but it wasn't clear if those factories were damaged or how bad.

With regards to the Flash memory (NAND chips) used in the iPad...
"The direct impact to NAND market was a temporary power outage to Toshiba/SanDisk. Our checks show that Micron’s two fabs were unaffected by the quake, Elpida indicated no serious problems although the Akita fab was shuttered due to power outage. We expect NAND and DRAM prices to sharply rise in response to this situation, benefitting Micron which has had minimal disruption."
