I really like what i am Sirius wrote & agree.

I would only add that there is also a false knowledge & on a conscious level not all know it is false.

I think there can be falsehoods whose projection are deliberate & intentional & those that are done in ignorance.

    LOL!

What is Truth, well the ultimate Truth I think my intellect may never be able to truly know. I think it is something you uncover & become.

    Many Blessings!

Truth has a variety of meanings, such as the state of being in accord with a particular fact or reality, or being in accord with the body of real things, real events or actualities. It can also mean having fidelity to an original or to a standard or ideal. In a common archaic usage it also meant constancy or sincerity in action or character. The direct opposite of truth is "falsehood", which can correspondingly take logical, factual or ethical meanings......However, language and words are essentially "tools" by which humans convey information to one another. As such, "truth" must have a beneficial use in order to be retained within language. Defining this potency and applicability can be looked upon as "criteria", and the method used to recognize a "truth" is termed a criteria of truth. Since there is no single accepted criteria, they can all be considered "theories".

Various theories and views of truth continue to be debated among scholars and philosophers. There are differing claims on such questions as what constitutes truth; what things are truthbearers capable of being true or false; how to define and identify truth; the roles that revealed and acquired knowledge play; and whether truth is subjective, relative, objective, or absolute. This article introduces the various perspectives and claims, both today and throughout history.

    Truth: True

    Falsehood: False

Falsehoods are deliberate and intended to service the ego...half truths, innuendos, embellishments, fabrications, deliberate diversions and omissions, etc., build a wall that obscures Truth.

Truth cannot be diced, sliced, or overpriced. Truth is eternal, unchanging, the ground of our Being. Truth serves Source and only Source...in fact, is Source Itself.

If you don't know, you've trouble ahead! I guess a solid truism is backed up by fact. So a falsehood is something that goes against all evidence. A real philosopher's Q though..interesting ;)

    Truth = undeniable fact

Falsehood = that which is created to deceive.

To deny or be ambivalent to truth = ignorance

Ignorant = functioning from ego not spirit.

All beings know truth when operating through spirit.

Truth is Spirit holding a spirit, a face of heaven of earth, heavenly as the beloved in arms beheld

Falsehood is lacking the love of God, what is greed covering as false , this one cheated himself and murder his self, his reward is his judgment is him.

You know, I think the difference is simply just seeing what is there to see, all we need to do is just take our heads out of the sand, and observe, then, knowing, trusting what we see is real.

Simply by paying attention.. accepting things as they are. Admitting that which we observe is just what it is.

I am beginning to see what is reality... by just observing.

Truth expels delusions ~ mainly of what we don't want to see! :))

    God bless you,

I am guessing, in this admission, God is revealing a great truth to me.

    Love and blessings all..

The difference is apparently curiosity. If one can make sense of that.
