Georgia Traffic Laws: freight on top of car?
Does anybody know if it is illegal to carry stuff on top of a car which does not have a car-top carrier or railing system, if I am sure to secure the stuff with good bungee?

If not illegal, still dangerous and will really put your gas mileage in the tank. Pardon the pun.

He must be represented by ability of council before they'd sentence him or perhaps try him on a forgery cost and if he can not cope with to pay for one then the courtroom has to nominate one for him. whether the lawyer does not choose the case he has to different than it. in case you (loose) ensure you get a replica of the transcript so which you might have something to fall decrease back on in case you prefer to rather combat it out with them. a physically powerful lawyer can study it and tell in the event that they violated any of his rights or what ever.
