A Question About Pre-ejaculatory Fluid?

Question

My friend is a doctor in University of Indonesia. He conducted a research about sperms in pre-ejaculatory fluid. He tested 10 men (all of which prefer to be anonymous), five of them already masturbated and haven't pee when the fluid sample was taken. The result is: There is no sperm in all those men's pre-ejaculatory fluid, at all.

(And I googled about this, some Israeli scientists also conduct this kind of research too)

So the question is: I read from a lot of blogs said that pre-c um 'might' contains sperms, especially when you masturbate and not yet urinated (because ammonia kills sperms). But the research denied it. So, is saying "there 'might' be some sperms in pre-c um" somekind of a method to frightens teenager so they stay out from free sex and to prevent STD? Or (now I'm placing myself as an arrogant jerk which doesn't trust any of those research) are there actually a little mount of sperms in pre-ejaculatory fluid? If so, how much the percentage?

There are no VIABLE sperm in pre-ejaculate. This means there are some, but they're so sparse they're virtually useless. The ''it only takes one sperm to get pregnant'' line is also a load of crap. Yes, one sperm does the fertilizing, but an army of them are necessary to break down the 'shell' of the egg for that one sperm to get in. You need a battering ram attack to weaken resistance, and then you have one lone soldier that actually makes it to the final destination. 

The reason pre-ejaculate can cause pregnancy is this:

The male partner ejaculates. Residual sperm are left in the urethra. 
Some time later, he and his partner fool around. 
His new pre-ejaculate mixes with the sperm from the previous ejaculation. 
Voila, you have baby making pre-ejaculate. 
If he urinates prior to fooling around it will clear the urethra of any residual sperm and he will have sperm free pre-ejaculate. 

Mothers and sex ed teachers like to use the 'pre-ejaculate will get you pregnant and you will die' lecture as a scare tactic, but there is much more to it than that.

10 men out of an entire population isn't really very many. Perhaps some men do and some men don't. However the percentage is nothing anyone can accurately gauge at a guess. The odds of becoming pregnant from pre-*** is very slim but it does happen. I speak from experience so I know those scientist work isn't completely accurate!

i don't know the exact numbers and really that study seems like it didn't have a very big sampling of subjects to be very accurate. 
it is not that there is always a little bit but that it is possible for there to be. it only takes one sperm. 
it is just best to use some form of birth control. preferably condoms as they do protect against more than pregnancy.

I dont know the percentage but I got pregnant from pre come, so theres def some in there.
