Are there any people/companies that act non-affiliated eBay intermediaries, to whose services I may call upon?

I would like to buy a lot of things from eBay, but, sadly, many of them ship only to the U.S. 
I wonder if there's a website that perceives some kind of fee in order to act as an intermediary for European buyers.
e.g.: If the seller will ship only to the U.S., I could buy the product and ship it to the web-site's address, and then the website would send it to me for a small fee+ shipping cost.
Are there such sites?

I used to do it for a fellow in Germany but the rules changed and most sellers won't ship to an unconfirmed address now.  They lose their protection with PayPal if they do.

Do you have any relatives living here?  If so you can PayPal them the money to buy for you.
