LITY's Still Bored: Winnipeg Jets Trivia?

These questions pertain to the Winnipeg Jets in the NHL only

1) Who scored the first power play goal in Winnipeg Jets history?

2) Who scored the first game winning goal for the Winnipeg Jets?

3) Who took the Jets first penalty in the NHL?

4) Who was the first Jet to 5 career goals?

5) Who was the first Hall of Famer who scored his first career goal against the Jets?

Update:

As Dale Hawerchuk did not play in the Jets first NHL season (or their 2nd for that matter), he is not the answer to any of these questions.

Update 2:

The Jets were late to the game with Europeans actually............Thommie Bergmann was the first Swedish trained player to play a full season in North America with the Red Wings in 72-73 followed by Toronto with Hammarstrom and Salming a year later. By the time the Jets were loaded with Hedberg, Nilsson, and Sjoberg, there were more Swedes in the NHL than the WHA. Minnesota had Kent-Erik Andersson and Roland Erickson.....The Canucks had Brasar and Gradin, the Red Wings added Dan Labraaten and Lars Lindgren (and a Norwegian named Bjorn Skaare), the Capitals had Edbreg, Svensson, and Gustafsson.........etc

Update 3:

and Gordie Howe is the 'other' number 9...........and Hull's an afterthought

Update 4:

Jaguar - even if that was the question...............you would still be wrong.............Bobby Hull scored 4 goals for the 1979-80 Jets making him the first future Hall of Famer to score for them.

Update 5:

Kay.............Selanne was 9 when all of these events ocurred....not yet 9.5 for that matter :)

I was born in 1980, LOL. These are good questions. I don't have the answer to them. i think it's neat that you did a question for the three defunct WHA teams. I have nothing to add except for some interesting info that the Jets were the team that showcased the European players to North American hockey.

And lastly, long live Bobby Hull. He is a legend that rarely gets credit on this site. The "other" number 9.

EDIT: LOL, I meant how Rocket and Gordie are the first to spring to mind when the number 9 gets brought up, LOL.

5.) Dale Hawerchuk inducted 2001 scored his first NHL goal in 1981 with an impressive 103 point rookie season in a jets sweater...

::SIde note:: That is the only one i could figure out how to look up.. clearly i did not know that one of the top of my head..

Dang read the question wrong i thought it was first hall of famer to score his first goal on the jets not against the jets..

**No your wrong LITY i said scored his first goal for the jets Bobby hull played in the NHL 15 years before he played for the jets so the first Hall of famer to score their first NHL goal while on the jets was Dale Hawerchuk**
