How do I convince my parents to let me go to SGU?

I think my Mom would support me but I don't know if my dad would... How do I tell them, and how do I convince my Dad?

SGU is on the iland of Grenada in the Caribbean, and is overlooking a reef. I was looking to go for maine biology. Thanks

And by the way, I can wait to be 18, but then my parents are paying for my college. I don't know if they will if I choose to go there.

    Maybe you could take your parents on a trip there together. Then they will probably be more educated about the pros and cons of where they'll be paying for you to go.
