    We should just get it over with and start building the fence around California now.

    Foghorn, communities and states have always had the right to ban certain businesses. In fact they have banned anything from bars, strip joints, Walmarts, Hotels (here where i live), etc. So what is your point? And by the way, the strip joints were from conservatives, the bars the same. So I find if funny that the pot is calling the kettle black.

    Socialism=fascism

    I love how you change your opinion when it suits you. So when a strip club was going to open near your home, I am sure that your church went up in arms and petitioned the city council to follow city cordinates or to create one against it.

    Places do it all the time. Hell in Alaska, Palin country there are many places where alcohol is banned. If the people vote on it then its what the people want and I see no problem with it.

    Romeo: Racist answer.

    Thor: There are many communities that already ban strip clubs because just like this the majority of the people in that community don't want that business. Its the same thing

    Jigi: Another great example thanks..........whats the people, you Conservatives don't support "states rights"

    Joe: I don't think you could even define Socialism

    Jim: Exactly they claim to be all for state rights yet when the people of a city or community decide that they don't want a certain type of business, then state rights goes out the window. Very hypocritical. I think many here are more pro corporation then they are pro democracy.

    South LA (8th & 9th district) does not want to give any permits to any new fast food restaurants. Presently seventy percent of their restaurants are fast food restaurants. I'm amazed that they would even have room for more restaurants, whether they be fast food or otherwise. It's not going to help. People will eat fast food no matter what. So I think they are beating their heads against a rock.

    My state Kansas is a very red state. It is common practice to ban Bars, Liquor Stores, Strip Clubs and Walmarts form certain neighborhoods. They even tried to forbid the sale of birth control pills a while back.

    I certainly wouldn't support those obnoxious arrogant moon bat liberals who think that just because you want a burger and fries its going to kill you. Who the hell are these people to treat their constituents like children.

    Maybe its time to do a little house cleaning in 2012.
