I need to be in great shape in 2 months?
Hi, I am going on vacation in two months and gonna wear a bikini every day. Sounds amazing but my body is not ready for bikini.
My upper body is fine and my waist is small (25") but my lower body is a problem. I have lot of cellulite, my butt is not "up" as it used to when I was 18, my thighs have a lot of soft fat, my knees and my ankle has a lot of fat too ( I always had those even when I was skinnier) I am 142lb right now and my height is 5'8". I think I wanna go down to 130lb but being toned is more important than weight.
My current meals are;
breakfast; oatmeal with water and splenda or a lean protein shake,
lunch is some type of lean protein like turkey or fish with just a little simple carb and lots of green veggies,
dinner is usually a salad with just a can of white tuna in olive oil (drained) and some celery, peppers and other vegis.
I only drink unsweetened tea and water and an occasional glass of wine but thinking cutting it.
I started to work out 6 days a week switching between Brazil butt lift High and Tight (booty workout), Sculpt, Kenpo (P90X) running (2 miles) and I in addition I bounce on a mini trampoline for about an hour 4 times a week.
Am I doing it right? What else can I do? I really really wanna get into great shape!
Thanks for the encouragement! I do take green tea, CoQ10, kelp, garlic, cod liver oil, B-vitamin complex, calcium and magnesium in the morning and L-Carnitine, Lecitin, methionin and isonitol after hard workout. Oh and my snacks are usually celery with hummus, fruit or super green shake.
Pinkie Pie; obviously you don't know anything about the subject so why even bother with your answer. In case you actually do know something about oatmeal that makes it "crazy" to eat it before workout in the morning with no sugar or extra crap than why don't you break it down for me so I can use your knowledge.

The Body Part Specific workouts are not as good as Running and Weight lifting can be. I would replace one of those with a Dance type Work out.
Otherwise it sounds pretty good and healthy. Just make sure you Calories and Vitamins are all adding up. Also Attitude can have alot to do with it. Think Positive and Positive things happen!

Well this is a good workout you can do at home. You don't need to be exercising 6 days a week, 3- 4 days is enough and try to get your intensity and heart rate up rather than slow state cardio. The trampoline will not do much for you. You also need to get enough rest in between your workouts so don't forget about that, hope this helps
