I know what didn't happen during 1914, but what did happen?
I know that Revelation 11:15 didn't happen. Because it is part of the 7th trumpet of the 7th seal. Since Jehovah is a God of order, it would make sense that the 7th seal would happen after the 6th seal. And the 6th seal is when Jehovah's day starts (Revelation 6:12-17; Joel 2:30,31). And Satan didn't get hurled out of heaven yet. Since Revelation chapter 12 hasn't happened yet (compare Revelation chapter 12:4; 6:13; Judges 5:20). But 1914 is so significant. Something had to have happened then. The prophecy of the 7 times is too coincidental (Daniel 4; Ezekiel 4:6). I tried to truncate it. But this is a true question. Serious answers only, please.
I'm sorry I didn't elaborate. I don't mean the world war. I know it happened. I mean prophetically

prophetically, if 1914 was written in the bible, what would be significant would be the balfour declaration, and the first round of reshuffling of the nations surrounding (soon to be reborn) israel to conform them to the biblical model.
this reshuffling is still going on and it looks like psalm 83 is next.
the bible is israel centric and has never changed. ezekiel gave the exact day israel would return. and we know that the kingdom is restored to natural israel.

A couple of jw posting answers regarding 1914 do not have the historical facts right as regards jw and military service.
""There could be nothing against our consciences in going into the army" (WT, 4-15-1903, 120). Due to conscience, Jehovah’s Witnesses must refuse military service (WT, 2-1-1951, 73).
As you can see Jw in 1914 were in fact able and often willing to serve in the military. So any claims to the contrary are false.

The first world was did begin, but look what it eventually led to was the institution of "Palestine", and ultimately the formation of Israel. Since Israel has been declared an independent nation once more (1948), it has continued to be protected by God as He has promised.
The US has since been smart to ally with Israel as such, but beware of Arab propaganda, as they have been fighting Israel the entire way. Of course, be careful of self-righteousness on either side, too...
Example 1: Within hours of Israel's declaration of independence in 1948, Egypt, Syria, Jordan, Iraq, and Lebanon invaded Israel. The combined population of those countries was at least 20 million at that time. Israel had fewer than 1 million Jews. Even so, the Jews won the war and expanded the size of Israel by 50 percent.
Example 2: During the War of 1967, Israel attacked the air force bases of the surrounding countries and took control of Jerusalem for the first time in about 2000 years. They also seized additional territory. That war lasted a mere 6 days.
Example 3: On Oct. 6, 1973, Israel was attacked by Egypt and Syria. Other countries later joined the attack. But the Jews were able to push back the attacking armies and occupy land outside of Israel's borders.
Leviticus 26:3, 7-8
"If you follow my decrees and are careful to obey my commands, ... You will pursue your enemies, and they will fall by the sword before you. Five of you will chase a hundred, and a hundred of you will chase ten thousand, and your enemies will fall by the sword before you."

As recorded at Luke 21:24, Jesus said: “Jerusalem will be trampled on by the nations, until the appointed times of the nations [“the times of the Gentiles,” King James Version] are fulfilled.” Jerusalem had been the capital city of the Jewish nation—the seat of rulership of the line of kings from the house of King David. (Psalm 48:1, 2) However, these kings were unique among national leaders. They sat on “Jehovah’s throne” as representatives of God himself. (1 Chronicles 29:23) Jerusalem was thus a symbol of Jehovah’s rulership.
How and when, though, did God’s rulership begin to be “trampled on by the nations”? This happened in 607 B.C.E. when Jerusalem was conquered by the Babylonians. “Jehovah’s throne” became vacant, and the line of kings who descended from David was interrupted. (2 Kings 25:1-26) Would this ‘trampling’ go on forever? No, for the prophecy of Ezekiel said regarding Jerusalem’s last king, Zedekiah: “Remove the turban, and lift off the crown. . . . It will certainly become no one’s until he comes who has the legal right, and I must give it to him.” (Ezekiel 21:26, 27) The one who has “the legal right” to the Davidic crown is Christ Jesus. (Luke 1:32, 33) So the ‘trampling’ would end when Jesus became King.
When would that grand event occur? Jesus showed that the Gentiles would rule for a fixed period of time. The account in Daniel chapter 4 holds the key to knowing how long that period would last. It relates a prophetic dream experienced by King Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon. He saw an immense tree that was chopped down. Its stump could not grow because it was banded with iron and copper. An angel declared: “Let seven times pass over it.”—Daniel 4:10-16.
In the Bible, trees are sometimes used to represent rulership. (Ezekiel 17:22-24; 31:2-5) So the chopping down of the symbolic tree represents how God’s rulership, as expressed through the kings at Jerusalem, would be interrupted. However, the vision served notice that this ‘trampling of Jerusalem’ would be temporary—a period of “seven times.” How long a period is that?
Revelation 12:6, 14 indicates that three and a half times equal “a thousand two hundred and sixty days.” “Seven times” would therefore last twice as long, or 2,520 days. But the Gentile nations did not stop ‘trampling’ on God’s rulership a mere 2,520 days after Jerusalem’s fall. Evidently, then, this prophecy covers a much longer period of time. On the basis of Numbers 14:34 and Ezekiel 4:6, which speak of “a day for a year,” the “seven times” would cover 2,520 years.
The 2,520 years began in October 607 B.C.E., when Jerusalem fell to the Babylonians and the Davidic king was taken off his throne. The period ended in October 1914. At that time, “the appointed times of the nations” ended, and Jesus Christ was installed as God’s heavenly King.*—Psalm 2:1-6; Daniel 7:13, 14.
Just as Jesus predicted, his “presence” as heavenly King has been marked by dramatic world developments—war, famine, earthquakes, pestilences. (Matthew 24:3-8; Luke 21:11) Such developments bear powerful testimony to the fact that 1914 indeed marked the birth of God’s heavenly Kingdom and the beginning of “the last days” of this present wicked system of things.—2Â Timothy 3:1-5.

"People of all religions were killing each other. The war wasn't only in 'Christian' countries or limited to Christians. Atheists were also involved."
No Christian killed one another in world war I... The true Christians were going from house to house preaching the good news of God's kingdom and not killing other people.

Dude, if you believe that satan got thrown out of heaven in 1914, you or your religious organization have no clue what they are talking about. Revelation was symbolic. Let me " learn " you something here.
Do you remember, if it is in the bible you use, the book of Job? Where satan came up to God to accuse Job? Notice how he had access to heaven? Also notice that in Jude that satan had a dispute with Michael the arch angel about the body of Moses?
Anyhow, satan must have been thrown out of heaven before the earth was made. For he was already in the Garden of Eden. His whole purpose of getting Adam and Eve to sin would be that God would have to judge them for their sin just as he judged satan. Before Adam and Eve sinned, God gave man dominion over the earth. At the time man was without sin for they knew not what sin was.
Once satan tricked man into eating the forbidden fruit, man became aware of good and evil. Since he sinned, he lost the dominion that God had given him. For God could not judge satan for his rebellion without also judging man for his rebellion. Just as satan lost his position in heaven, likewise man lost his position of dominion on earth.
Anyhow, after this satan had access to heaven. He was able to come and accuse men. But once Jesus died on the cross, satan was stripped of his power. This is why Jesus said, " I saw satan fall from the sky like lightning ". Satan no longer had power over men(the power over men was to get them to sin and disobey God), since Jesus died for sin rendering it useless.
Now satan does not have the authority to go before God and accuse men of their sins. For Jesus suffered God's punishment for sin that we deserved. Only a perfect man would be a sufficient sacrifice. Once one has faith in Christ, his sins are remembered no more and he is a new creature. Meaning God will not count his sins against him. So satan coming to accuse me of sin is useless since Jesus died on the cross for those sins and they are blotted out no matter what.
There is much to learn that you will not learn here. So you need to study and pray. Just know that satan did not fall from the sky in 1914. Satan " fell " from the sky when Jesus gained victory over sin.
