Bear in mind that the Hyde Act has long prohibited the use of federal funding for abortions except in cases of rape/incest, which is a very small percentage of the total....
Can we afford this radical expansion of the IRS mandate, and if so, where should it end?

I am not sure about this, it will be interesting to see how it pans out. While I do not think tax-payer funds should be used to finance abortion, I dont agree with expanding any government agency.

I think that it is the result of the statutes in ObamaCare that have forced the issue. Had Democrats not forced this bad legislation on Americans everyone would have been happy to leave the Hyde amendment as it stood.

this wouldn't be an issue if obama hadn't asked for thousands of new irs agents (not doctors) to enforce obamacare.
