Try adding more to your thesis statement. "Conservative politics encourage abstinence-only sexual education in public school which creates a negative EFFECT (not affect) on the health of those students by ____, _____ and ______."
The blanks are the reasons. If you have more than three reasons, that's fine. Those reasons will be the each of the topics of your body paragraphs.
