violation of my civill rights selective prosecution?
i recieve tickets for a licensed vehilce in my yard. yet i can drive around town, around promant individual people. their yards are trashed out with unlicensed vehilces in there yard. that have been there for several years. since this is a city ordiance does fall under selective prosecution.

Someone probably complained about the car in your yard. If you want to see those other people get tickets, call and complain about their yards.
