I just realized today that I have red bumps near I vaginal area. It itches and secretes an oil like substance. Did a bug maybe bite me while I was sleeping? What could it be!?

Its possible a bug could have bittin you or you could have some sort of infection. i recomend you was well down there and if it doesnt clear up in say a week or two you go see your doctor

We need more information like if you ever had sex recently because it could be an STD. If you pop it, it may ooze out puss so don't scratch it! Go see a doctor and they will diagnose it for you.

SEE A DOCTOR IMMEDIATELY. You might have a sexually transmitted disease that only prescription medications will cure. Get to a doctor today.
