They could be termites. You should call an exterminator for termites.

don't worry it's easy.

at night, turn on a study lamp on your table and make sure that the other lights in the area are turned off. place a sauce pan or something that can contain water with a wide opening. place it directly under the light. you will notice that the flying ants are flying towards either the light bulb or the reflection of the light bulb on the water. the ant will get stuck on the water once it touches it leave it overnight and hopefully you get most of em.

flush them in the toilet once the reflection of the light bulb on the water is being blocked by too much ants caught on the water.

you may not catch all of em but i'm sure you'll catch at least 90% of em.

We had worry with flying ants, and we mixed ant killer powder (obtainable in maximum gardening shops and supermarkets) and syrup mutually and placed it on bits of tinfoil and left it theyre for some days. We then did this on substitute weeks for 2 months and that they have been long previous completly and did no longer come lower back.

You really don't need to do anything. In another few days it will be all over. Those ants are swarming. Once or twice a year young queens and their retinues will leave the colony to search for a location for a new colony.
