Is 14 seconds for your 100m sprint considered fast, average, or slow?

Yea I got that....so I'm just wondering. I placed 11th out of 16 on the frosh/soph finals in my meets but i know i could do a lot better....any advice?

Run faster. I suggest training with leopards.

14 seconds for a men's 100m is very slow, Our Captain can run 11.72 seconds at 100m and the world record is 9.58 seconds.. You better train more harder. You need to train like never before.

eh that's kinda slow, i know people that run it in 11 or 12 seconds, but if you want to get better practice doing the 100 and record your times each time, if you practice daily you should see improvement

I'm a sophomore and i run a low twelve, but i also know people who run like fifteen or so. so its probably on the slower side of average, but there's always room for improvement :)

Not bad to start out with if your're with freshmen and sophomores....but there is room for improvement
