I cant stop binge eating and control myself! please heelp!?
I'm 14 years old and last year i had looked after myself really well and was lookingn healthy... however ever since the holidays i took a break and now i cant get back iinto routine... i EAT RIDICULOUS AMOUNTS, too embarrassing to tell you and i'm not obese or anything, but i have DEFINITELY put on weight! i need some advice its now getting to me psychologically now, im very uncomfortable and at school ill be like come home and have a piece of fruit but instead ill eat everything and once i start i cant stop! please help, i feel horrible and disgusting. i need tips that will help me ignore the bad food and psychological tips! thankss!!

Binge eating is normally a sign of anxiety, anger, and/or depression. Worrying about binge eating may worsen the situation. If there's an issue, I suggest you resolve it. If it's long term, start doing something about it.
Since you didn't describe how you were feeling before binge eating, I'm going to have to suggest you calm down, and find something to keep you busy (other than eating). Start restraining yourself and keep track of what you're doing.
Since you're gaining weight, do some exercise to burn off the weight and eat a bit less everyday. Remember, losing weight should be a gradual process and you should not try to lose everything all at once.

formerly your approximately to consume stroll out the door and take a stroll to get you faraway from nutrition and occupy your concepts. Or take a seem at a victoria secrets and methods magazine or photographs on line that way you're able to be prompted to no longer consume. in simple terms attempt to occupy your concepts with something else. Like bypass on your room turn on your prominent track and sing and dance around and attempt on some clothing and drink various water.
