Ouch!! Cramps catch me out!?

I am currently 12 weeks and 2 days pregnant. I have already had my scan at 10 weeks 6 days and everything looked good. But my god these cramps don't have catch me out. I am currently sat down browsing though some questions on good ol' yahoo answers and i have to move to my side to relieve some of the cramp style pains in my stomach. I am a big girl and have already had a baby so i know that its all normal to an extend but what is the point where you would say its NOT normal??? I had bleeding with my previous pregnancy so i got myself checked straight away back then but im not bleeding and so worried about a missed miscarriage without bleeding. I have read so much i think im paranoid.

I wont have a appointment until im 16 weeks pregnant which seems such a long time away!! I do have a private gender scan at the same time but until then iv got nothing to ease my worries except you lovely people.
