3) I live in Canada so no more then $30

she has never been to a formal party. she has one or two formal dresses for easter etc
I am in u.s so I dont know the exchange rate but at this age, no more than $25
yes, she wears them to church or birthday parties etc or just to school..
I dont know any of those since I am in u.s not in uk but I would prefer kids boutique or some other store thats not too highend. shes 3 after all
