How to get rid of skin after weight loss?

I recently lost about ~100lb over the period of two or so years. I've been overweight my entire life, so I naturally have some extra-erm-skin lying around. Unfortunately, this almost defeats the purpose of my weight loss. Whenever I bend over, its like rolls of sagging skin-it's disgusting.

Anyway, I know it's not easy to get rid of, but anything helps at this point.

And since I know someone will ask, I lost this weight completely naturally through exercise and dieting-no surgery, drugs, etc. All natural.

    time can remove it only. I know but weight loss requires pateince. If you get discouraged now and start to gain weight again, then your NEVER going to lose it. Just hang in there and keep up with your exercises and eating habits nad it will go away slowly.

    When people lose weight they can be left with extra skin. This extra skin is caused by losing weight too fast, not keeping well-hydrated while exercising and not having good skin elasticity because of old age. Getting rid of extra skin after weight loss can be accomplished by having different surgeries done. After having the surgeries, your extra skin will be gone and you will be able to have your beautiful shape back and look great.

    pick up a 5 or 10 pound weight at the gym and visualize that weight coming off holding the weight in your hands helps bring home just how heavy even 5 pounds of extra fat can be
