Postage and labels, both, can be printed through the usps.com website. You can also enter the weight (you'll need an electronic scale) of packages there to figure postage to any zip code.
If you're going to be using paypal, the same holds true there.

If you are doing a high volume of sales there is a computer program that will manage your customers, print shipping labels, track orders, etc. It is expensive but good.

You have a lot of choices - the US Post Office, Fedex, UPS, etc. All of them can ship boxes and labels to you, or you can go to a post office or a fedex/UPS store to get them.

Post Office has flat rate boxes/envelopes that you can pick up for FREE, and you pay when you go to ship the items out.
