Under eye bags at a young age?
I have no idea why I have under eye bags; I am only 18, drink plenty of water and get enough sleep. Also cucumbers and things of that sort do not work. Any solutions???

could be allergies, too much salt in your diet or if you are a party person too much alcohol.
try soaking tea bags in cool water and putting them under you eyes, I know it is kind of like the cucumber thing but has a better chance of helping. Anything like that or eye cream you use won't get immediate results. Try taking an antihistamine.
