Are public school teachers drug tested in Arizona? Either upon hire or randomly throughout employment?

Do you think that the drug testing is needed more in public schools than private? Very often, the teachers in private schools are the ones who don't have the qualifications to teach in the public schools. The private schools often pay teachers less- they can attract people who think the students will be better. But there's no other difference between the teachers in the two types of school. My daughter applied for a job with our public schools, but a private school contacted her and offered her a job- with no teaching credential needed. She would have had to take some additional classes to teach in the public schools.

Also, the public schools have much better resources to work with any child with a learning disability, ADHD, or a language deficiency. My public school educated daughter was frequently hired by my friends to tutor their private school kids in math because their teachers were so bad.
