No these are all scams that try to install malware or make you fill surveys and earn money for cyber criminals.

No. But WHY have a page on a site designed for social networking then want to worry about "stalkers" or hiding, deleting, unfriending and all that crap? It makes no sense.
What happened to someone simply reading all there is to read on your wall and everything else that might be public? I don't get it.
