When measuring on the 20volt range, what is the internal resistance of a radio shack "22-810" multimeter?

    Looks like 1 mega ohm, which is a bit low for a digital meter, around 10 mega ohms is more typical for a good quality multimeter

    It is stupid, because it strips the meaning from the name. A radio shack was what the communications center was called, in military operations. This goes back decades, to where everything was radio. Just calling it "the shack" could be anything.
