An ideal projectile (position vector is x=v*t*cos(angle) and y=v*t*sin(angle)-1/2*g*t^2) is launched straight down an inclined plane. Show that the max downhill hange is achieved when the angle of the launch is 1/2 the angle of the angle downhill from the vertical.
Note the the projectile is fired up first at an angle of 1/2 the angle of the downhill
