What should I get my god mom for her birthday?
My god mom's birthday is tomorrow and I want to get her a gift. I know it's totally last minute. lol But I don't know what to get her. She's really been like a mother to me and I want to get her something. She appreciates the simple things in life. For example, there is this song that she likes and I found a t-shirt that has some of the lyrics on it. It's really cute and I know she is going to love. But it won't come until the end of the week. So I want to get her something that I can give her on her birthday. She's done a lot for me in my life and I don't think I could ever thank her enough for what's she's done for me. Any suggestions?

I love your idea and you could still do something with those lyrics and give her the gift tomorrow. What about getting a piece of canvas/wood/paper and either painting a background and put the same words on top in a dark color. You would really only have to get a picture frame easel stand (from a dollar store, or discount stores have them) and give it to her as something she would sit on her dresser. Or get an inexpensive picture frame and put your artwork in there for her to hang in a special place. If you are not comfortable with painting you could download a 'free printable border' that she would like and possibly use Word, Publisher, whatever you have to artistically put those same lyrics over the background and once again prepare it for display in a frame or easel. I think shoe would like this - don't forget to sign your artwork. Have fun!

Give her something personal. Like a collage of all the photos you've made together. Or cook her some special cake you always loved. Her favourite flowers.
Little things are mostly the things that connects someone. If you're good at drawing, draw either you or her or both and write I love you mom, you're the best on it.
