Sick from paint at a rave (dayglow)?

So today when I woke up with a light but consistent cough and by the end of the day my sternum is tight, hot, in constant pain (like a weight is on it), my thought feels constricted, and swollen, also painful and my cough has gone from being light to deeper and painful. I did get paint from the event in my mouth, and some of what makes a glow stick glow (no not on purpose) just wondering if my chest pain and cough could be from this or an actual cold (I wasn't feeling bad before the event, and the event was two days ago)
