I'm looking for a good skin routine, for slightly oily skin. With everything from am, to pm and products.

Be it I wash with this in the morning, this sunblock, this toner, wash with this in the pm with this makeup remover and this moisturizer and I wear this mask once a week blah blah. You get the idea.

what are the first steps i need to take about getting my depression under control. i try to eat regularly usually can, same with my sleeping habits, i work out moderately but none of the none conventional things are working. and the anxiety and over all depression is just getting to were i can not take it. iv talked to my parents but they just arent taking this seriously. im 20 and should need them (dont) so i need some help with what my first steps should/need to me.

I am currently in college and looking for a career to work towards, and here are the fields that interest me, so anything you think these fit i would love to hear about.

i have alot of hobbies, im big on being out doors, work at a zoo where i live and so many other things, i just cant seem to find my one thing..so any direction would be welcomed

So i know i have a set of mental problems (yes i have seen a doctor before when i was younger and was on medicane for it) and am coming to realize i need to get back on my medication. this means finding a new doctor and im not sure how to go about doing that. i know i probably need an Anxiety based psychiatrists but other than that im lost on what my next step needs to be....and if it helps i live in the New Orleans Louisiana area. thanks so much

So today when I woke up with a light but consistent cough and by the end of the day my sternum is tight, hot, in constant pain (like a weight is on it), my thought feels constricted, and swollen, also painful and my cough has gone from being light to deeper and painful. I did get paint from the event in my mouth, and some of what makes a glow stick glow (no not on purpose) just wondering if my chest pain and cough could be from this or an actual cold (I wasn't feeling bad before the event, and the event was two days ago)

So I have asked my boyfriend for rougher sex after dropping hints (involving floggers, choking, hard biting, hard scratching, and so on) and he seemed scared so I came wright out and told him I needed to be rougher..and he admitted he wanted me more dominate (not rougher just push him down and take him) and he still hasn't. And when I ask he gets all embarrassed he hasn't really bin with anyone but me but....I'm feeling lacking and having sex out side of our relationship (no comments) and just wish I could get my boyfriend to rough it up....I want this to work but iv calmed down,,,and its lead me astray....how do i get him to amp it up???

A femail dove laied to egg's in a plant box out side my window. I wached the dove and her egg's because of her poor nest placement {she bult a thin nest and in an unshelted spot}. she has never left the egg's alone for a long pereod of time and i wen to look at the egg's as i allways have and she has bin gone for 3 day's and i am worryed. i have taken the egg's in side the hosue and they are in a dry room and under a lamp is there any thing more i can do to help insure thye live?
