Why is the chicken the meat that is the most dangerous?

    Chicken is more likely than other meats to contain salmonilla if not handled and cooked properly. It can even be present before the chicken is processed (killed), either from contamination at the processing plant or at the farm where is was raised (chicens are filthy things, trust me, my grandparents had several of them).

    It can be their diet, their environment, the way they are processed.

    Food born bacteria can be found everywhere and chicken gets a bad rap. Being safe when you prepare food will help to keep potential problems from happening.
