Can you colone an insert cut by BamHI in MYC region of pBluescript SK- ? If yes. how?

I am totally lost.

    yes, I can - cut pBS w/ BamHI, dephosphorylate, add insert from MYC region, also cut with BamHI, ligate, transform into E.coli, plate on LB-AMP plates w/ X-Gal/IPTG. Look for white colonies.
