Should I go to the ER?

I had my gallbladder removed 11 days ago. The last 2 days, I have had the most horrible abdominal cramping I have ever felt. I have tried antacids, Gas-X (both pills and the strips that melt on your tongue), ibuprofen, Aleve, heating pad, mints, drinking water, walking around, NOTHING is providing relief. I am at my wits end. I have only slept 4 hours in the last 2 days due to pain. Is this something that I should go to the ER for? Thank you all in advance for your help.

I'm just about 38, so I'm surely a facet of Generation X, ... but I by no means quite attached with the entire misplaced-in-this-international, slacker character that we have been all intended to narrate to. Probably in view that my mothers and fathers and siblings have been all older -- while I was once born, my sibs have been sixteen, 17, and 18 -- all of them grew up within the '50s and '60s. Anyway, I bet if I needed to decide on one, it might be "Rusty Cage" by way of Soundgarden. Just in view that I can relate to feeling like an interloper, and short of to become independent from from the matters that maintain me down and/or make me very similar to different humans. My household was once additionally beautiful screwed up, so I too can relate this tune to short of to become independent from from their controlling manipulation, abuse, and all that exceptional stuff ...
