Need help losing weight?

I've struggled with anerxia for a while now and this pass week my friends and family have really gotten worried and are forcing me to eat every meal. Its only been a week and i feel like crap. I've started running 2 miles everyday after school but i hate it. I was much happier not eating anything but i'm not allowed to go back to that so are there any other ways to keep weight off?

    i don't understand why someone would rather starve than just eat healthy..

    it's really not that hard to stay fit and be healthy.

    cook at home and eat lots of fresh fruits and veggies. salads for lunch/ dinner. make your biggest meal of the day be breakfast like fruit, eggs, and oatmeal.. this gets your metabolism going so you will be burning calories all day. if you eat right you can eat as much as you want and still have an amazing body. drink lots of water and eat every 3 hours..
