    I am a contractor, and BY FAR, the biggest complaint I hear from people about contractors is that they don't call you back, or they never show up. I don't know how guys think they can do business like that, but I can name 6 jobs that I got in the last year because the contractor they called first never called back. I'm not complaining, mind you. LOL

    probably the follow-thru. if there turns out to be a problem, getting them back in a timely fashion to correct it is a real pain.

    none ever seem to know how to tell time. they NEVER show up on time.
