If for no other reason, the high cheekbones, small mouth, and broad nose make you sound more Mexican. High cheekbones are a Mongoloid racial trait, and Italians don't have them.
A dark Italian wouldn't have those features and would look more like an Armenian or Lebanese person than a Mexican.

People who AREN'T Mexican or Italian also have the same features, so the question is rather moot (that means "it is useless to discuss it") without a picture... You know, Greeks, French, British, Portuguese, Ethiopians, Iranians, Iraqis, Libyans, Indians (both kinds), Malays, Russians, Germans, Slovenians, Bosnians, basically everybody except for full Scandinavians and full sub-Saharans...

Picture would help greatly.
Italians look nothing like Mexicans anyway. Italians have pale skin and look in general, European. Jersey Shore is NOT Italian.

Last name does not sound Mexican at all, so I'm gonna say Italian.
But judging by your description you could be either or or both!

I'm guessing Mexican cause you can't spell *Italian.
