How can you determine your ideal body weight?
I don't understand how to accurately determine if I am overweight and what my ideal weight should be. According to my BMI i'm seriously overweight for my age and height.
I think determining weight is somewhat more complex for a woman than a man. Women's' breast sizes vary quite a bit and breasts can add quite abit of weight depending on their size. I'm exactly 5 feet and 2 and a half inches tall and weigh 141lbs. I wear a size 5 or size 7 pants and size large shirt. However I have a 36 DD chest.
I want to know how big an average 5'2 woman's breasts are and about how much they weigh. If I knew that I think it would help me determine how much extra weight my boobs are adding. I feel like it may be significant enough to be worth knowing. I wouldn't call myself slim but I don't think I'm fat either.
It seems unfair that breast size isn't a factor on any weight charts. Some women like me and the rest of the woman in my family tend to have larger breasts than most.
I want to know how much breast size affects your weight and how to calculate an ideal weight accurately. Please help! :)

Could take the science approach
density equals mass over volume
the density, fat density? found to be 0.9 g/ml. SO, can change the equation to:
0.9 = M(in grams)/ V (in ml)
you can do a water displacement test to see the volume of each boob, and then plug it into the equation to figure out the mass.
once you have the mass, you can easily convert it into pounds by multiplying it by 0.0022 (1 gram = 0.0022 lbs). The number you get should be the weight of each boob in pounds.

BMI is around an accurate measure for the average person, however it's not the most accurate measurement because it only takes in height and weight, not body fat vs muscle mass. For a more accurate testing you should do a skin fold test (only done by a professional) or BIA (less accurate, but more accurate than a BMI test) to calculate your body fat percentage and figure out if you're healthy.

Base your ideal body weight on how you look, not on your weight or that stupid bmi scale.
Okay, your boobs are huge, but 141 seems like a lot for someone 5'2, even if your boobs weighed 10 lbs together (which is a lot, even if your breasts are very dense and firm). BMI scales do take breasts into account (did I mention that bmi scales are bogus; they don't take significant muscle mass into account either).
If you really want an exact measure of the weight of your breasts, use Archimedes' principle! ;D

Don’t mix fats and sweets. If you eat two of the extremely calorie dense molecules concurrently, your body will have troubles processing them. You can take both, but at separate periods.
