if your vet offers it you can sign up for care credit. They give you a spending limit and you have a year to pay it off interest fee, the minimum payments are $45 a month. You should definitely look into it.

aww....sorry to hear that..
first, just let your dog have the stone removed...
then.....never show your face again LOL, kidding... seriously though, just save your dog first and worry about the bills later and just earn the money and later pay for it!
