im thinking your laptop is windows 7 if its new so go to the START menu then CONTROL PANEL then SYSTEM SECURITY then BACK UP AND RESTORE on the side panel you will see create a system repair disk inset your DVD and run as administrator.as for the broad band go to bt home page and sign in to your account or if you have the disk that came with your router install that
