I live in nebraska and I want to know if title xx is the same thing as child care subsidy program?
I would also like to know if u are able to chose a family member as a child care provider using the program without getting them licensed? If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated!! Thank you!

Hi, Yes, Title XX funds are child care subsidy funds. Non-licensed providers (exempt) are allowed. A day care provider must be licensed when:
"2-001 License Requirement: A license is required when care is provided to four or more children under age 13 at any one time, from families other than that of the provider, for compensation, either direct or indirect."
