in all seriousness either get a new one, or send it to microsoft. Having fixed many 360s myself, i know there is no real fix (and any honest repair guy will tell you this) it will happen again, anything you do is purely prolonging life, but it will break again days or weeks down the line.
edit: Do NOT do the towel trick. That makes things worse.

There's really no way to fix it. Just leave it off for a couple days and don't play it at all, then turn it back on and if it's gone then you're good but if not then it's time to call microsoft so they can fix your xbox for you. I'm pretty sure they'll do it for free if your xbox is still under warranty, but if it's not then you might have to pay for it to be fixed.
