how can i explain what im trying to say?

i feel like i sometimes cant get the words right, or just cant put my sentences together correctly.. so much is going on in my mind all the time i just dont know how to explain myself the right way when i start talking..

Is it something to do with sentence structure? or grammar? i have no idea.. someone help..

    Unless you have a learning disability, and I hope not, you need to familiarize yourself more with the language. You do this by reading books.
