NJROTC cancellation ranks?

Okay, so my NJROTC unit was disbanded due to a lack of enlistmment, and I was wondering if this means I wont receive the extra 2 ranks straight out of Marine bootcamp.

Update:

Im a freshman in highschool so ive only taken this one year

    you must do all 4 years of JROTC to be eligible for advanced paygrade.

    and Marines max out at E2 anyway.

    You wouldn't receive two ranks in Marine Bootcamp anyways. The highest rank you can enlist in the USMC is E-2.
